A deadly addition


Hey everyone Rhys here, We’ve been experimenting with the launch type platforming. Trying to get the controls to feel comfortable for everybody hasn’t been easy since not everybody agrees on where to aim. Going to look at letting the players choose for themselves in the future.

Kate has introduced some stage hazards in the form of DEADLY lasers to add some more obstacles to the levels. Since we now have traps and pitfalls in a level I decided to add checkpoints along the stages too.

I’ve been working on creating a start screen and a pause menu. The options menu is here but we haven’t put anything in it so far. right now the menus are pretty boring but I'm trying to fix that
